Bob Poloskey – President

Bob has 25 years of ownership experience in companies including financial services, wireless telecommunications, software and automotive. His wide-ranging background results in a unique perspective in evaluating business opportunities.

He has served as, VP, PFS-Premium Finance Corporation; Chief Operations Officer for Centrix Financial — a leader in non-prime automobile lending & risk management; and Executive Vice President of Anytime Access, Inc., a leader in outsourced lending solutions for the financial services industry. Bob has extensive experience in raising investment capital, early stage-to-exit company management and developing high growth organizations

Tom Bollum – Executive Vice President

Tom brings 30 years of executive leadership in the financial services industry to Xpress Capital. His background includes 11 years building two fast-growth companies and the founding and successful sale of a venture capital backed technology company.

His recent experience includes serving as EVP-Market Development for Centrix Financial, LLC, a non-prime risk management firm; and President/CEO/Founder of Anytime Access, a provider of lending technology and outsourced lending platforms to the financial services industry.

Don Reuter – Vice President / Technology

Don has over 12 years high-level technology experience in the e-commerce and financial services markets. He focuses on point-of-sale automated lending solutions.

Prior to joining XpressCapital, he was Director of Implementation Services-
Engineering Management and Product Development for such companies as Intuit, Inc., Digital Insight, Inc. and Anytime Access, Inc. Don has worked with more than 250 financial institutions in the automation of their lending practices and policies.
